Lyndi Amburgey - Property Manager: Lyndi, the Community Manager, has worked at Monterey for over 10 years. Driven by her passion for helping others and her strong commitment to the Monterey community, she plays an integral role in making life at Monterey a truly memorable experience. Outside of overseeing the community, Lyndi enjoys spending time outdoors with her furry companions.

Ryan Marckx - Assistant Manager: Ryan is very enthusiastic about his role as an Assistant manager. Born and raised in Vancouver, he’s been an excellent source for those looking for fun and entertainment, anywhere in the city. Ryan enjoys road trips and experiencing new things in and around the community.

Denise Kegley - Leasing Consultant: Meet Denise, our friendly and knowledgeable Leasing Consultant. She enjoys welcoming prospective residents and guests to our community and is dedicated to making the application and move-in process smooth, seamless, and enjoyable from start to finish. Outside of the office, Denise enjoys gardening and trying new recipes.

Braden Clark - Maintenance Technician: Braden is consistently ready to assist residents with any needs, large or small, and takes pride in ensuring our valued residents feel comfortable and happy in their homes. His approachable demeanor and positive sense of humor create a welcoming atmosphere, and he is well-liked by residents and team members alike. Outside of work, Braden enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.

Guy Murphy - Maintenance Lead Technician: Guy, our Lead Maintenance Technician, has been with the Al Angelo Company for over 10 years and consistently exceeds expectations. He arrives early each day ready to work, and his dedication to the community is unwavering and evident in everything he does. Outside of work, Guy enjoys home improvement projects and RV camping with his family.
